Lou Puliti, Broker / Owner
I was born and raised in the Harrisburg area and attended Bishop McDevitt High School. After high school I attended HACC and Penn State Extension Center studying Business Administration and Accounting. I started my real estate career at Dougherty and Twigg Real Estate in 1968. Six months later I married the love of my life, Juliana. After 10 years with D&T I became the Office Manager and realized soon afterwards that I wanted to open my own real estate office. In the summer of 1978 I opened L.S. Puliti Real Estate. In 1980 I met my partner Ron Freedman and we discussed a new 100% commission concept called RE/MAX. That was over 34 years ago and today through much development and growth, we are Central PA’s “PREMIER” Real Estate Office.

I have been in the real estate business since 1971. In 1980 I met my partner, Lou Puliti and together we opened RE/MAX Realty Associates, Inc. Through the years we have grown in size of agents and staff and outgrew our former locations. Over the years I hae been awarded the 100% Club and Hall of Fame awards. In my personal life, I enjoy hiking, flying, camping, and travel.
DeeAnn Hardy, Administrator
I became a part of the RE/MAX family in September 2006. I have many years of experience in operations management and staff supervision with a degree in Business Administration. As a former co-owner of a small business, I understand the need for great customer service with accuracy in detail. In my position with RE/MAX Realty Associates, I maintain all of the technology needs for the office. I create and conduct trainings, supervise our employees and handle new program implementation. I am responsible for all internet marketing for our new listings. This office is a great place to work because we all feel like family. We have an enthusiastic staff to help our agents so they can spend more time generating business and assisting clients. I am proud to work here.
Lori Mishler, Accounts Administrator
My previous experiences in an office environment affords me the ability to be a great asset to RE/MAX Realty Associates. I have worked with vendors, customers, scheduling, and carefully entering information into files. I have a good understanding of accounting principles as well as skills with phone work, data entry, and maintaining bookkeeping records. I look forward to relationship building with our agents and staff. I have been employed with RE/MAX Realty Associates since October 2016.
Karen Burton, Office Assistant
My husband Allen and I moved to the United States from New Zealand 20 years ago. Allan was transferred with his company at the time. I was a former Government worker in my home country with the Department of Education. As Office Assistant at RE/MAX Realty Associates, I am in charge of our filing system. I scan all settled files into our paperless system fro retrieval as needed by the office or agents. I coordinate our year end papered files to storage and assist our Settlement Department with maintaining files. I help to put sale files together and enter the data into our accounting system. I assist in typing deeds as well. I have worked for our office since November 2003.
Jennifer Camvel, Settlement Coordinator
As a former Marine, I am a structured, detailed, and highly organized individual. I have a lot of experience in Bookkeeping with an Associate's Degree in Accounting and Business. With my detailed background and experience, I knew I would be a good fit at RE/MAX Realty Associates where I could put my strong customer service to work for our agents. I have worked for the office since May of 2015.
Sarah Emerick, Listing Coordinator
I worked in a very fast-paced call center environment that focused on identifying and resolving current student loan customer issues throughout the country. The position helped me learn the value of extraordinary customer service while providing information. I have been employed with RE/MAX Realty Associates since February 2016. I bring customer service experience, attention to detail and communication skills to my position.
Joyce Lanphier, Receptionist
I was a former Verizon employee of 30 years with customer service experience before retiring. After my retirement, I worked part time at a restaurant. I grew up in New Cumberland and still reside there today. I am the proud grandmother of 4! In my position with RE/MAX, I work the morning shift. I ensure all phone calls are directed to the appropriate party and set up showings. I have worked for the company since December 2008.
Angie Lloyd, Receptionist
I am from the Middletown area. I hold a full time position as Office Manager for a communications company on the East Shore during the week. I also volunteer for a girl's soccer boost club. I have over 20 years of customer service experience. In my part time position with RE/MAX Realty Associates, I am the alternate weekend Receptionist answering calls and taking showing requests. I am one of the many helpful faces you will find at this office when a client or agent walks through the door. I will greet you with a smile and a nice hello. I have worked for this office since September 2012.
Michelle Tynan, Receptionist
I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Pittsburgh, majoring in Sociology and Psychology. I went on to obtain my Degree in Criminology from Penn State. I have worked in State Government for 12 years, the last four being spent as a Program Manager in the Department of Corrections. In my position with RE/MAX, I work the alternate weekend shift as Receptionist and Showing Coordinator. I have worked for our office since February 2012.
Eileen Patterson, Receptionist
I have many years of experience with front desk management and internal office support. I am committed to providing excellent customer service. As a retired Verizon Service Representative, I know how to multi-task and prioritize. I achieved numerous rewards in this position. I am very happy to be a part of such a wonderful team. I have worked at RE/MAX Realty Associates, Inc. since June 2016.
