Lou Puliti, Broker / Owner
I was born and raised in the Harrisburg area and attended Bishop McDevitt High School. After high school I attended HACC and Penn State Extension Center studying Business Administration and Accounting. I started my real estate career at Dougherty and Twigg Real Estate in 1968. Six months later I married the love of my life, Juliana. After 10 years with D&T I became the Office Manager and realized soon afterwards that I wanted to open my own real estate office. In the summer of 1978 I opened L.S. Puliti Real Estate. In 1980 I met my partner Ron Freedman and we discussed a new 100% commission concept called RE/MAX. That was over 34 years ago and today through much development and growth, we are Central PA’s “PREMIER” Real Estate Office.

I have been in the real estate business since 1971. In 1980 I met my partner, Lou Puliti and together we opened RE/MAX Realty Associates, Inc. Through the years we have grown in size of agents and staff and outgrew our former locations. Over the years I hae been awarded the 100% Club and Hall of Fame awards. In my personal life, I enjoy hiking, flying, camping, and travel.

DeeAnn Hardy, Administrator
I became a part of the RE/MAX family in September 2006. I have many years of experience in operations management and staff supervision with a degree in Business Administration. As co-owner of a small business with my husband, I understand the need for great customer service with accuracy in detail. In my position with RE/MAX Realty Associates, I maintain all of the technology needs for the office. I create and conduct trainings, supervise our employees and handle new program implementation. I am responsible for all internet marketing for our agents new listings. This office is a great place to work because we all feel like family. We have an enthusiastic staff to help our agents so they can spend more time generating business and assisting clients. I am proud to work here.
Golda Lucas, Accounts Administrator
I gladly joined the RE/MAX staff in March 2008. After 28 years of experience in the finance and mortgage industry, this position was a good match. I graduated with a degree from SUNY at Delhi after growing up in Long Island, NY. My commitment to an excellent work ethic is only superseded by my love for God and family. In my position at RE/MAX, I perform all financial functions vital to the flow of daily business. I complete the post settlement duties for each transaction and work to ensure that commissions are disbursed to our agents on the day they close. I review and consider better ways to financially benefit our office and agents to increase everyone's bottom line. I regularly report production to RE/MAX International so that our agents receive thier proper recognition. It is good to be a part of such a premier office.
Judy Palm, Settlement Coordinator
I have been in the real estate industry for over 20 years. I worked in the mortgage industry in the Harrisburg area for 11 years. My position in the Settlement Department at RE/MAX Realty Associates is one that allows me to work closely with attorneys, mortgage companies, and other settlement offices. I am committed to assisting the new home owner with a pleasant experience at the settlement table. My position blends both sides of the transaction into one. I am also a notary. I enter all deals into our accounting system, maintain all escrow files, data collection, and data entry. I have worked for this office since September 2009.
Angela Dahl, Listing Coordinator
I graduated from the State University of New York at Potsdam with a Bachelor's Degree in History. Some of my former positions include Manager of a jewelry store, a supermarket chain story and a court transcriber. I recently obtained my real estate license. My position with RE/MAX Realty Associates includes entering all listings and changes to the Multi-List system, uploading photos, posting open houses to various web sites, and assisting the Administrators when they need it. I have worked in this office since May 2011.
Karen Burton, Office Assistant
My husband Allen and I moved to the United States from New Zealand 20 years ago. Allan was transferred with his company at the time. I was a former Government worker in my home country with the Department of Education. As Office Assistant at RE/MAX Realty Associates, I am in charge of our filing system. I scan all settled files into our paperless system fro retrieval as needed by the office or agents. I coordinate our year end papered files to storage and assist our Settlement Department with maintaining files. I help to put sale files together and enter the data into our accounting system. I assist in typing deeds as well. I have worked for our office since November 2003.
